HISTORY:
- A good thousand years or so ago, a young girl befriended a Victini with the powers of the Unova dragons
- The woman met a man and began a family
- The woman's village met war, and Victini sacrificed itself to save the village
- Shortly before its death, Victini gave all of its power to the woman
- The woman gave birth to a child with the powers of the late Victini, and he joined the other gijinka of the world
- The village, however, was attacked once again
- The boy tried to help, but his power was so great that he ended up destroying his home and killing everyone there
- Traumatized and absolutely broken, the boy fled and ran into the leader of those who had attacked his home in the first place
- They tricked him into believing that the entire thing was his fault, and that he should never have such strong powers
- Thus, he was shackled; the shackles keep his infinite energy locked down, only allowing some of it to escape; a side affect of the shackles, due to keeping his energy locked within his body, preserved him and kept him from aging
- The boy fled and did not allow himself to look upon humans for a few hundred years
- Only six centuries ago did he begin to come out into the open once more
SPECIAL STUFF:
- He is a shiny Victini gijinka
- Due to having been born and raised in an ancient village almost a thousand years ago, there is a language barrier, however, later, using his psychic powers, he can psychically translate what he says if people stand within a certain distance, or if he sends a vision
